Kling Residence Awarded Grand Jury Preservation Achievement Award

k YODER design is delighted to announce the Kling Midcentury Residence Renovation won a Grand Jury Award at the Preservation Alliance for Greater Philaelphia's annual Preservation Achievement Awards held 7 June at Vie in Philadelphia.

Thank you to our project collaborators: Larsen & Landis structural engineers; Hanson General Contracting, Inc.; Matt Nichols Masonry, LLC; Wiss Janney Elstner Associates materials scientists; Jeffrey Totaro Photographer; AGW Communications; and our clients Bentley and Jane Saul.

The Preservation Achievement Awards celebrate the individuals, organizations, businesses, and projects that exemplify outstanding achievement in the field of historic preservation throughout the region. The annual event is the largest gathering of preservationists in the Philadelphia area. This marks the second year in a row that a k YODER design project has been honored; in 2016, the Margaret Esherick House won a Grand Jury Award.
