Kling Midcentury Residence Renovation Wins Lower Merion Township Historic Preservation Award

Lower Merion Township's Historical Commission and Historical Architectural Review Board honored k YODER design with a 2017 Historic Preservation Award for the renovation of the Kling Midcentury Residence. The award was presented in a ceremony Thursday, 19 October at the Levering Mill Tribute House. kYd Principal Kevin Yoder, AIA, LEED AP, was on hand to accept the award.

Awards recognize the preservation, rehabilitation, or adaptive reuse of an historic building, structure, or landscape resulting in great positive impact in preserving or enhancing the historic character of Lower Merion Township, Pa., and the surrounding community.
