What began as a master bath renovation extended throughout this full-floor condo in Philadelphia’s Old City. The condo redesign offers improved storage and functionality with a simplified modern aesthetic.

In the LIVING ROOM, removing an awkward set of stairs to a former fire escape enabled the window sill moldings to be restored for continuity across the room’s expanded view. Appliqué crown and base moldings were removed in favor of new, streamlined trim. New hardwood replaced dated wall-to-wall carpeting.
