In a March 2013 post, Philadelphia Magazine’s Property real estate and design blog cited the Locust Street Baths as a “Morning Obsession.” The regular obsession piece covers the people, products, and furnishings the editors deem special enough to covet.
The Locust Street Baths incorporate modern design and Lithoverde, a natural stone comprised of 98 percent recycled post-industrial content. k YODER design Principal Kevin Yoder, AIA, LEED AP, took inspiration for the design from the iconic Therme Vals Hotel and Spa in Switzerland.
