Philadelphia Magazine highlighted k YODER design’s Bella Vista Town House in a February 2021 feature. As part of an article describing the vacant and ready-for-renovation next-door property, author Sandy Smith suggested kYd’s recently completed residence could be used as a model. Everyone in the kYd studio was excited to see the project described as a “modernist showstopper.” We certainly welcome the opportunity to help any owner create classic modern architecture – whether that’s in the shell of a townhouse available for renovation, in an existing historic home, or as ground-up new construction.
