Chinea-Richman Residence Featured in Philadelphia Inquirer

The Chinea-Richman Residence has been featured online and in the 10 December 2023 Sunday print edition of the Philadelphia Inquirer. The article, “Curating Space,” by author Paul Jablow describes the k YODER design project to convert two adjacent apartments in Society Hill’s Independence Place into a new home for owners with an extensive art collection. The gut-renovation was designed with the collection’s large-scale pieces in mind. The article describes how Kevin Yoder and Omar Zaater used the firm’s signature classic modern approach to customize the apartment both for the art and for owners downsizing from much larger space.

The print version of the article is titled “Turning Society Hill Condo into a Gallery” and is featured in the Haven section of the newspaper.
