Birch Knoll Wins Preservation Achievement Award

The Birch Knoll Restoration has been awarded a Grand Jury Award in the 2024 Preservation Achievement Awards program.
Presented annually by the Preservation Alliance for Greater Philadelphia, the Preservation Achievement Awards recognize outstanding preservation and restoration projects and individuals who contribute to preservation, advocacy, and public service. Twenty projects will be honored at a ceremony June 5, 2024 in Philadelphia.
This award marks the third time kYd has been honored. The Margaret Esherick House Conservation and Kling Midcentury Renovation earned previous Preservation Achievement Awards. kYd thanks everyone on the Birch Knoll team who contributed to the success of this restoration, including Baroni Building Company; Hess Landscape Architects; Springboard Automation; Innovative Structural Engineers; Craft-Maid; Jeffrey Totaro, Photographer; and the homeowners. We are proud to be included among this year’s honorees and look forward to celebrating with our teammates and clients in June.
